How to wear & energise
Wear on a Friday or Saturday morning after bathing. Cleanse the bead with Gangajal or raw milk, sit facing east, offer sandalwood, a lamp and incense, and chant "Om Hum Namah" 108 times. Wear as a pendant or bracelet in silver, Panchdhatu or on a red thread.
